All bookkeeping services are performed by a bookkeeper with over ten years of experience in the construction and retail trades. All bookkeeping work is overseen by a Certified Bookkeeper with over fourteen years of experience. Our Certified Bookkeeper is a member of the American Institute of Public Bookkeepers and the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.

Our office provides up to date QuickBooks software so there is no need for our clients to go out and purchase QuickBooks. This can be up to a $300 savings for most clients. Plus, set up is always free! Our Certified Bookkeeper will customize each clients set up to ensure the books are unique to your business. She obtains an understanding of how your business works, the management style and the level of detail needed.

In addition to normal bookkeeping tasks, we can file your monthly (or quarterly) sales tax returns with the state. Additionally, we can deposit income for you and issue checks to vendors on your behalf (with prior approval).

Quarterly, our Certified Public Accountant will review the books and offer consulting advice to our clients. This helps ensure that businesses are achieving maximum profitability. *
 

Our hourly rate for bookkeeping services is $25**. We offer fixed monthly rates to our clients after three months of bookkeeping services has been performed. We believe this helps our clients budget for accounting services. Our clients will also receive discounted tax rates at the end of the year. Generally, we offer a 25% discount on the price their prior CPA charged.


* Please note: If clients will be needing a review or compilation by an independent Certified Public Accountant, this service will not be provided. This is because our CPA has to remain independent. Reviewing the client books results in independence issues.

** We charge a specialized hourly rate of $50/hour for non-routine bookkeeping services such as: bookkeeping clean up and review of books done by yourself or another bookkeeper. We will notify you of the specialized rate prior to starting any sort of work on your books.
