Belle Business Services can take away your payroll hassles for very affordable rates. You simply provide us with your time sheets each pay period or the monthly salary amount and we will process the payroll, paying your employees or independent contractors by direct deposit or check. We also file the required tax returns and payments on your behalf via EFT, issue W-2′s annually, and provide you with the payroll reports each payday. All payroll can be done completely paperless if you choose to issue directly deposited checks to your employees and/or independent contractors. All payroll is performed by an accountant who is a bonded, licensed certified bookkeeper and certified payroll specialist, and accounts are reviewed by one of our CPA’s. No company is too big or too small for us to handle!

Flat payroll fee $30 (per payday)
Direct deposit fee $2; $5 for traditional check (per employee each payday)*
E-Filing return and payment fee $10** (monthly)
Flat W-2 fee $35 (annually or $5 if a terminated employee requests it mid-year)

* Amount increase to $6 for a check and $3 for a direct deposit per employees for more than 11-25 employees. Please call us for a custom quote if you hve more than 25 employees.
** Additional fee applies for filing in multiple states.
