On a monthly retainer, we will act as your Company's CFO and properly account for these and all accounting issues. We will work with your independent auditors to ensure your quarterly reviews and annual audits are performed in a timely manner. We will even help prepare schedules and workpapers for your auditor to help reduce their hourly billing rate. Lastly, we can even draft your Form 10-Q's and Form 10-K's.
