TAX RETURNS

All tax returns are prepared by Certified Public Accountants with at least six years of accounting experience. We are proficient in preparing any individual or business tax returns. There is no return too big or too small for us to handle.

The following rates are valid for 2012 (and prior) tax returns:

1040EZ-$100
1040 (simple)-$250
1040 (complex)-$350
L/P, LLC-$500
1120S-$600
1120-$750

State returns add $50.

Amended tax returns are subject to additional fees.

We prepare returns for clients all over the United States; you do not have to live in Northern Nevada to use us. Actually, the majority of our tax clients are from other states. Information can be sent securely via email and fax.

Please note that the business return fixed fee rates are contingent upon the Company's books being in sufficient order. We understand that there will be minimal adjustments necessary (depreciation, book to tax differences, etc.) However, if bookkeeping work is to be performed, we will bill at our specialized bookkeeping rate of $50 per hour.

IRS REPRESENTATION

We provide audit support for Federal and State agencies. Please call or email us for a quote. In most cases we are able to provide you with a fixed fee, rather than billing at an hourly rate.
